What I do to stay healthy

New type of flu is causing a great sensation nowadays. So we have to think how to stay healthy this time.
I think that it is more important to control own body by ownself. I give some suggestions to you to stay healthy. First,to get some exercise. Moderate exercise is good to improve own resistance to viruses. Important thing is not to get too hard exercse and also not too easy. Proper exercise for yourself is better.

  1. Good morning Junko! I agree with your opinion. Good exercise makes our bodies strong enough. As you know I am a person who is a big eater!!! I always eat too much, and I don't do exercise at all. The result is that I got back pain. Eating too much and no exercise coused that. It was horrible!! I really think that I should start something to do for my healthy!! (^^)
